We're very proud to continue our lake's traditions including the Golf Cart Parade, Boat Parade, and Fireworks! These festive events are a wonderful way to connect with your neighbors, meet new ones, show community spirit, and create lasting memories!

The Point Pleasant Golf Cart Parade will be Saturday, July 4, 2026, at 3:30pm. Participants will meet at Point Pleasant Nesters Park on Parsons Ave no later than 3:30pm then take off from there at 3:45pm to head to Chippewa Trail then Sherman Ave. If you would like to join in the fun, meet at Parsons at 3:30pm, and remember to charge your batteries!

The 2026 Chuck Yonker Memorial - Ryerson Lake 4th of July Boat Parade will begin at 7:30pm on Saturday , July 4, as well! If you would like to participate, please meet at the north end of the lake no later than 7:00pm. Boat numbers will be distributed then. The parade will conclude at the south end of the lake with a presentation of watermelons for each boat entry and trophy awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, and honorable mentions. Online, real-time voting will be available for all residents through personal devices. Voting instructions will be posted on the Ryerson Lake Association Facebook page soon! Here is the boat parade route.

Best boat voting instructions: To vote for Best Boat in the 2026 Chuck Yonker Memorial – Ryerson Lake 4th of July Boat Parade, go to: https://strawpoll.com/7MZ0kMeJBgo

One vote per IP address, so please vote amongst yourselves at your individual residence and submit your residence vote.

The Fireworks display will be Saturday, July 4, at sundown and displayed on the east side of the lake by the reed! If you are on the north end of the lake, you may want to take your boat out for a better view. Scott will have a sound system with music playing as the fireworks are launched. If you would like to download the app ahead of time, you can listen to the music on your phone or personal device synched up with the fireworks display. The app is called Pyrocast, and it's available for Android or Apple devices. The show code is NLPD and log in as GUEST.

We look forward to this year’s 4th of July celebrations and would like to thank our Lake Association members and donors for help making our spectacular fireworks show possible!

Be safe, have fun, and have a wonderful holiday weekend!
